Inspired by the soft sandy hues of driftwood, the surface pattern of this mirror is achieved by building each piece out of individual, precision-cut pieces of mango wood. Although each is a tour de force of carpentry, the effect is effortless and casual. To achieve the distinctive sun-bleached look, the pieces are first lightened and then given a subtle creamy wash.
