SHIPPING & RETURNS

The past year has brought about many changes to shipping and processing online orders. This may mean delays in processing times for returns and refunds, as well as extended timelines for delivery. Please read below for more information.

SHIPPING

Our products are delivered in the following ways:

  • Front Door Parcel Delivery (such as UPS, USPS) to your delivery address.
  • Truck Delivery for most furniture and other items that exceed parcel carrier shipping weight limits. This delivery type usually includes our Premium White Glove service for a Flat Rate fee. See individual product pages for specific rates.

Furniture and other heavy, oversized items travel via freight carriers which have extended processing and delivery times. Refer to shipping timeframes on individual product pages. Processing time to leave our warehouse is listed for each product. Transit time will be an additional 1-4 weeks for your order to arrive at your home. When the item reaches your local area, the delivery company will contact you via phone, email or text to schedule a delivery date and time that works for you. Some items will require a signature for delivery. Oversized items are delivered curbside unless otherwise noted, such as "white glove delivery." Most carriers schedule deliveries during standard business hours, Monday through Friday between the hours of 9-5.

Ship dates for preorder items are estimates, subject to change. Some preorder items have additional processing lead times once the items become in stock, and may not ship immediately.

After your order is processed, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and confirming when your package has been sent.

**Our shipping fees cover the processing, handling, packing and delivery of your order. Delivery fees do not include surcharges, such as White Glove Delivery Service, that may apply to some items. See individual product pages for specific rates.**

Rates apply to the 48 contiguous states. At this time, we do not offer shipping internationally or to Hawaii or Alaska.
Rural and island deliveries may have longer delivery times.

RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your purchase! All items marked with a FREE RETURNS symbol can be returned with a complimentary return label when a return is requested within 60 days of receiving your purchase. We do not refund original shipping charges. If your item was purchased during a shipping promotion or if a free shipping offer code was applied, a 10% return shipping charge will be deducted from the original price of your item. Please contact us below and we will provide you with a shipping label to return your product.

All items must be sent back in the original packaging. If original packaging is unavailable, the customer is responsible for arranging equivalent packaging. Items must be in new condition, meaning they are in unused/unwashed condition and show no signs of wear. For all lighting and wallpaper, once it has been installed it cannot be returned.

If your item is marked as FINAL SALE or MADE TO ORDER or is a Special Order, it is not eligible for return.

Oversize/White Glove Returns: If your item was marked as oversize or white glove, please contact orders@elevatedliving.design to arrange your return. Due to the size of these items, we are unable to issue ground return labels. Freight returns will be issued a refund less original shipping and handling charges in addition to a 25% restocking fee from the original product price. Return requests will be accepted within 60 days of the delivery. If your delivery is refused due to size, return shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee will incur.

If your order was damaged or you received an incorrect item, please be sure to note this on the delivery receipt. We must be contacted within 48 hours of your delivery to process your damage claim.

Rugs: Variation and imperfection in weave, fiber size, color, and overall rug size (up to 2-3" in length and width) are normal characteristics and are not considered a manufacturing defect.

Color note: Because every computer monitor displays color differently, we cannot be responsible for variations between the actual product color and how it is displayed on your screen. Descriptions of merchandise, including colors or shades, textures, and other feature are provided by the manufacturer; Lulu & Georgia assumes no liability whatsoever for the description, for variance, including in colors or textures, minor imperfections, and/or for a product not meeting with customer satisfaction, absent a manufacturer-verified defect.
